This is not about painting how I paint. Or all painting the same way. It is about unlearning, being present, discovering, going against your own grain, and expanding your edges.
It is an adventure.

Moyra is a qualified coach and workshop faciltator with over 10 years experience.
She has worked with clients such as the United Nations, Reuters, Cambridge University and Channel 4.
Prior to this she worked in film and television production (only leaving when she discovered it was not motherhood friendly industry!)
She understands the need for reinvention and how returning to wild creativity is a source of inspiration, joy, life energy and MAGIC.

Wild painting can be a profound experience. Even making the decision to set time aside your creativity is a big deal.
It can unlock something within you.
You do not need this support but having a qualified and experienced coach as your guide, to talk through your experiences with and support you in integrating your experiences and continue your creative journey is a wonderful thing.
As a coach I believe you have the answers, you do not need fixing, and the future is full of possiblities.
As a creative I know that creative self expression is a human need. And finding ways to keep that flame alive matters.
I am here to support you in that.

There is a weekend, in person painting retreat, plus a supporting coaching package.
Each participant will have one pre retreat call and 3 post retreat 121 coaching sessions. These will be organised individually and held on zoom or via WhatsApp phone call as required..

Painting materials are not included in this price. We work on 2 large canvases and with acrylic paints. I will provide a full kit list. Alternatively I can provide all materials (canvases, paints, brushes, aprons,) for an additional cost if required.

Yes. A delicious and nourishing vegan Lunch is provided each day and there are amazing cakes for afternoon tea. Please get in touch to discuss your needs. Is there parking?
There is metered on street parking . It is best to use the paybyphone app. The Studio is a short distance from Portslade Station and there are plenty of buses to and from the area. Please get in touch if you need support with transport and directions.
